Australian Competitions Online
Australian competitions are fairly much the same around the world. Everyone wants to be win competitions, and sometimes it’s as simple as entering and winning. We wish! With over 2,000 Australian online competitions to win at any given time, you’re certainly spoilt for choice. But, with only so much time to enter and hopefully win competitions, it’s important to understand some of the basics .......
CompetitionsGuide.com.au is a resource for anyone that wants to be a competition winner. Whether you’re a seasoned pro, or a first timer, you need to be able to allocate your time sensibly as there’s only so much time in a day. Your aim is to win competitions with the least amount of effort.
There’s an old saying “you’ve got to be in it to win it”. This is true to some extent, however if you were to enter every competition available you would run out of time and money (probably in that order, as more and more competitions are free)
Australian competitions have changed a lot in the past decade. A lot of this has to do with the increase in online competitions, as this has increased the availability and ease of entering.
Who enters Australian competitions? Surprisingly, it’s mostly women who want to be competition winners. Our research shows us that over 85% of competitions entrants are women, and the main age group is 35-50. In fact, membership of CompetitionsGuide.com.au has sat at around 92% female for the past few years.
Why is this the case? We don’t know for sure, however, as most competitions were previously in supermarkets or women’s magazines this may have sparked the initial interest which has carried on until now.
