The (almost) perfect Xmas gift

I'm not a huge boxing fan, though I'll say it was amazing to hear Danny Green went 2 minutes last night without once mentioning his book .... Danny ... just a joke ... right?

Anyway, I don't consider myself a huge plugger when it comes to my book. Yes, I do throw in the odd mention, but if you've heard me interviewed I don't answer every question with the phrase "well, as it says in my book".

So, here's my pitch on why you should buy Competitions - The Book as a Christmas gift. Yes, you can buy it in stores, however the unique thing about buying online is that I can sign the book personally to whomever you want the present to go to.

If you were to ,say, give a book from Dan Brown, Jamie Oliver or the person that's written the Twilight series (whoever ...) chances are they will not sign a book for you, at least this side of Christmas.

Best of all, you can have one delivered for $13.95. You could logically say that the book is worth more than that simply because it gives them the chance to win thousands in prizes. Hmmm ...... try it, but it's a stretch.

And my final argument is that it's not a huge book (that's because the info is all you ever need to know), and although it's not entirely ethical you could read it yourself before giving it away. Just don't do what I do and bend the right corner of the page because you're too lazy to get a bookmark.

Final final argument is that each book comes with a $15 gift voucher from Efragrance. That's more than the book costs, and you can keep that for yourself.
