All help appreciated

Mistakes don't always happen, but sometimes they're unavoidable simply due to the information given to us. Yesterday one of our listed comps contained an email address, not web address, and as a result a strange error message appeared. Luckily for us, we found about this quickly thanks to our members.

As membership approaches 16,000 (and climbing fast), so too do the amount of email enquiries.

Most incoming emails are simple things that our auto-response fixes on the spot, but a number are actually alerting to some of the minor "tweaks" that need fixing, such as broken links etc.

We really appreciate it when our members alert us to problems. Often these are solved within the first hour, and we may have up to 20 members dropping us a note.

Unfortunately we're not always in a position to thank you by return email, however it's important that you know that it's very appreciated.
